guide to breaking down the percentage of protein, carbs and fat I should get in my daily diet?
I weigh about 64 kilos, quite a bit of that is muscle. No idea what that is in pounds. I haven't had a body composition done
I stand at 5'3-4".
I think the ratio stuff is overrated and impractical.
Watch to get enough protein (70g/day), and eat clean and healthy, not too much, and you should be okay. That's one of the advantages of being vegan
