cheek rash

Ive got a rash on my cheek. Ive noticed itching there for about 3 days. I have no other symptoms like headache, muscle stiffness, or anything else i've read about with rashes. I do have chapped lips though. I'm wondering if anyone can figure this out. One symptom I did read about is that I just got out of a hot shower and now my cheek itches, usually it does not itch when I'm home since I keep it cold here, but i've noticed in class that it does itch and the buildings are kept very warm even though its only 50 degrees outside. I'm mainly looking for vegan options of itch relief, and also moisturizers.

It may have to do with having the heat on in your house if you do. Especially being in Illinois I imagine you're using it. My skin is really sensitive to that kind of thing and i'm having some of the same stuff.

I do have it on but not a lot. I mostly turn on my heat if i'm having someone over. I wear jackets and stuff, and i've slept in my sleeping bag under blankets before when it was freezing down here. But i'm thinking its the heat. I might get a doctors visit sometime this week just to have them take a look and give me some other ideas, maybe a dermatologist referral.

Have you eaten much bagged spinach lately?

Actually I have, well not the whole bag yet but i've been eating spinach
