 Post subject: protein consumption

I am wondering when it is best to eat protein. Currently I try to get 20 or so grams every few hours of protein so that at the end of the day I have consumed what I need. Now I have seen that with a person of my weight 80-110 g of protein are needed post workout to repair muscle. My question is should I stick with my present protein consumption routine, or should I change to not worrying too much about protein until after my workout and then get in almost 100 g after my workout?

I think the 80-110g are probably meant per day.
I think it's better to continue as you do, instead of eating 100g at once. Depending on when you work out, it might be a good idea to get a good portion of your protein afterwards, ~35g should do. And eat protein in the evening, before you go to sleep (not too late, don't go to bed with a full stomach).
