C.O.
Hey I read Thrive and now I need to get me some chlorella. Anyone know where to get it ? Online in supplement form or in Portland in food form?
robert
Sequel Naturals (the same company that makes Vega) sells it, but their brand isn't available locally, just in Vega. Chlorella is in Vega too, it's one of the key ingredients. But it can be purchased at health food stores anywhere. You can find it at Whole Foods, The Daily Grind, maybe at some of the co-ops, most likely at New Seasons and Wild Oats, and other places. To clarify, it's not in the Vega bars, but in the Vega powder.
cubby2112
I am going to snag some Vega this summer, and some T-Shirts and do some writing for this site. Vega is the best way to go since it contains so much more than chlorella alone, but the best price online I have found for chlorella is Jarrow Formulas Yaeyama (sp) Chlorella at luckyvitamin.com. I refer to that site so much it probably sounds like I am advertising for them. The best deals I have found just happen to come from them.

Kyle
Vega not only has chlorella but maca too. *Looking forward to receiving the tub I ordered as I just ran out.
robert
Yeah, maca is good stuff. Another reason why Vega is so cool, it has all that stuff in it plus hemp, rice and pea proteins...and lots of other good things.
cubby2112
Yeah, if you buy everything separately you are going to be opening lots of jars every morning.
Odidnetne
Yeah, if you buy everything separately you are going to be opening lots of jars every morning. Tell me about it. I get tired of just opening my hemp protein and my spirulina, and I want to order some chlorella too.
