Richard
Hey I wasn't sure where to post this, but this seemed like the most appropriate place. I did some gardening for my dad the other day, and now I have some blisters on my gawd dayamed hands. It hurts too much to lift weights, and even though I could lifts weights and just go through the pain, that would only make the blisters worse. I put some ice on them yesterday, but does anyone have any suggestions on how I could make them heal quicker? Thanks
michaelhobson
I find that blisters heal a lot quicker if they are popped and drained. I don't know about hands, but duct tape makes a great blister bandage on feet. I use it for hiking.
veganmadre
yep, I agree with Michael - I always pop and drain them....it's the fluid pressure that seems to cause the most pain - I get them all the time on my feet from walking and my leg weights rubbing...they don't seem to hurt at all once I pop 'em.
