#1 Postby Houdini654 » Sun Sep 11, 2005 5:15 pm

I wanted to post a picture of myself and my physique just to see if anyone had any tips for me at what I should be working at changing. I'm very interested in getting my arms and shoulders bulkier...Let me know. I'd appreciate anything :)

Cheers,
jf

Sorry if the pic is big...

Hebrew for God. Hurt like heck, but I love it :)

Any pointers would be nice - what you like and don't like.

Heavy low rep Barbell Shoulder Presses are the quickest way I have found to add shoulder size. Six weeks of these have really started to fill my shoulders out nicely. My max bench press kilos and reps have also increased with the added shoulder strenght.

Based on your pic, you have some real potential of developing the physique of a Greek God like Topher.

Maybe he can give you some specific advise!

Thanks a bunch. I feel strange posting since I am not of a "bodybuilder" physique, I'm quite skinny. Thanks for the replies. And I'd definitely love to talk to Topher about this kind of stuff.

Not totally sure, to be honest, hehe. Any tips by looking at my picture, things you think I should be working on? I have been making slow gains over time since I haven't been building hardcore, I haven't been going to look huge. Just good naked, as they say in American Beauty, for lack of a better excuse, hehe.

I'm still getting used to eating much during the day, I usually take 2-3 protein shakes along with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and then snacks in between. It's harder at college since I'm on a tighter budget and time schedule.

What I'm really looking for is bigger arms and shoulders. But with that comes wanting to change everything else slightly, too, I am sure, hehe.

I agree with compassionategirl, I see definite potential for a 'godly' body! You look good already you just need more bulk. Sorry I can't help with specifics :( I offer my encouragement though!
