5-7 days a week. Whenever I don't feel like working out I skip a day. At the gym I go through my upper body in four 1/2 hour sessions. For cardio I go to 5-7 dance classes per week.

Weights I do 3 days a week--Tues, Thurs, and Sun.

I am supposed to do bike riding--anywhere from half an hour to two and half hours, on the trainer or on the road--every day, but I haven't gotten into that groove yet. Right now I am about 3 times a week, but hoping to hit all 7 very soon.

I go for 6, alternating weights and cardio every other day.

Of course, thats only when I get off my lazy butt and do it.
