4 Times a week with weights and play basketball once per week:

 

Monday=Chest and Shoulders

Tuesday=Back and Abs and play basketball

Wednesday=Rest and eat plenty

Thursday=Legs

Friday=Arms

Saturday=Rest and eat plenty

Sunday=Rest and eat plenty

 

My days OFF from work are Monday and Tuesday so I train both of those days because it can be tough to work all day, train, and then do all my other work (computer work). I prefer to train on my OFF days so then on Saturdays and Sundays I just work 7:30AM-4PM and then I'm totally done for the day and can focus on computer work or running errands.

 

I've trained 6 days a week, 5 days a week, but I prefer 4 days a week right now.

 

I train for 60-90 minutes each session.
