Day 1 of 12 Days of Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness

Daily Inspiration:

Tip of the day from Robert Cheeke’s NEW Book Think Differently, due out in summer 2012:

“Discovering your own passion is the foundation of a meaningful and purpose-driven life. Who doesn’t want to enjoy seven days a week? Who sets a goal to only enjoy the weekends while dreading the other five days of the week? We don’t intentionally put ourselves into a rut that dominates our lives and limits the enjoyment, smiles, laughs and success waiting to be experienced, but because far too often we fail to think differently, we helplessly end up in a job, living arrangement, relationship, or financial state that we’re not content with. I challenge you to discover what you really love and I invite you to prove it true based on your actions, which almost always speak louder than words. I welcome you to see what you are passionate about and to appreciate life for all its wonder and splendor and to live with immense gratitude and appreciation for it and how it should be lived; with passion.

Open your heart and your mind to new possibilities and embrace passion with enthusiasm for a truly purpose-driven life. We all have 1440 minutes in a day. What are you going to do with your time? Think differently.”

-Robert Cheeke

Quote of the day:

From the best-selling book Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness – The Complete Guide to Building Your Body on a Plant-Based Diet

“Beginning Bodybuilding should be approached like beginning anything you want to be successful in. It starts with having a reason or meaning behind it, creating a detailed vision of what you want to achieve, and constructing and implementing a consistent program to ensure that you adapt, improve, and succeed. You also have to have a passion for it. If you don't have a desire that burns inside of you and inspires you completely, you won't be as motivated to do what you have to do day in and day out to achieve. “ - Robert Cheeke

Daily Success Tip:

From Think Differently by Robert Cheeke, due out Summer, 2012

“The road less-traveled isn’t always the best one to take. The road well-traveled has had lots of travelers who can give you time-saving tips before you even head out on the road.”

–Robert Cheeke

Awww, thanks!

I'm not sure when it will be out. I'm learning that the process takes a long time. My first book took 8 months longer than I thought. A few other books I wrote proved to be not quite ready yet and need many months if not over a year of editing and revisions, but this current book is in the editing stage now and getting there.

Hopefully we'll see it come out sometime in the late summer of 2012.

All the best!

Thanks for your interest!

-Robert
