I'd have to say arms & chest, esp. my biceps. I already know a variety of exercises that i can do that focus on these areas so I know I'm getting some good work done with them and can see the gains. I also like working these areas as it helps to have strong arms in the work I do.

Chest and biceps. It makes me feel STRONG!!! My goal is to bench press my body weight or a little more! Increasing physical strength increases spiritual strength. It does to me.

I've ALWAYS been the skinny, scrawny, lanky guy. I'm learning more and more about training as I go in all areas, but my favorite muscle groups are probably my biceps and triceps. I'm finally ready to build up the muscle to phase me out of the "skinny, scrawny, lanky" title. I've already seen great growth in my arms and am excited for more!

It used to be my legs, but lately, I've been in love with working on my biceps and triceps. It makes me feel super strong and I love the way they are starting to look when I go sleeveless. :)

Lol well, I really really loved that awkward move, which has me bending over some gadget with my butt in the air and I have to lift my torso up, then back down, several times. No idea what muscle part that is, but it was a lot of fun. Can't wait to be able to join a gym again to do those lol should be soon! =)

Other than that, I love working on my calves because they're so easy, I love the burn in them & I want shapely legs.

I love working out my biceps and chest. Just feels manly. My butt & thighs are enjoyable too.

My favorite muscle to workout would have to be my abs, at first they don't feel so fun to work out in the beginning but at the end of the workout I can really start to feel the burn. One time I did abs everyday for 2 weeks but saturday and sunday and by the end of the second week I was just laughing for no apparent reason, but now looking back on it I guess you could say I was laughing at the pain. What other muscle makes you laugh? That is why abs are my favorite !!

I love training legs! Lately I've wanted to have massive quads so I do legs twice a week. Oh and clean's are my favorite lift so that's another reason.

I love to workout my abs. I've had two C-sections and have worked my way up to training my core four days a week. You should have seen how awful it was at first, but now I actually look forward to it. I don't have that picture perfect physique yet, but I'm not letting anything get in my way of achieving it!
