1. I eat a strict vegan diet.
2. I exercise everyday and always give 110% even if I'm tired.
3. I think positively everyday.

1. Exercise, either cardio, weights or stretching.

2. Eat a clean vegan meal plan.

3. Pay someone a compliment, as it makes them feel good!

I sleep 8 hours a day.

I eat god knows how many servings of vegetables a day.

I work out for at least an hour a day.

I always start the day with a healthy breakfast, I do some form of exercise every day, I always make time to hug my daughter & tell her how much I love her :)

2-brush my teeth after lunch (my patients & co-workers appreciate this)

Started the day with a green juice,6oz kale,6oz celery,1 myer's lemon,2 granny smith apples and 1oz ginger.
Ran to work.
Made some seitan meatballs.

Green smoothies, pilates, walk instead of bus, train or car!!

Most of all, being grateful that I get to live like this :D
