I didn't see an updated thread. Hope everyone is still lifting heavy. I don't post here a lot anymore but wanted to check in and see everyone's progress.
Bodyweight: 242-245 lbs
Deadlift: 570 lbs
Squat: 450+ lbs
Bench: 300 lbs
