Vitamin E

Between the nuts, seeds, whole grains, spinich and other green leafy vegetables that I eat each day I guess I'm doing OK in that department. Contributes to a healthy circulatory system, speeds up wound healing and demolishes free radicals...great.

Excuse me, now--back to my freshly ground, organic peanut butter with organic 3 seed flat bread by Dr. Kracker--hey, what do you know?...vitamin E!

Yes, Vit E is important.

But agree with Michael, in a balanced vegan diet containing nuts, seeds and whole grains there should be enough of it.

I wouldn't supple fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K), at least not for a longer period of time, as they can be overdosed, in contrast to water-soluble vitamins (C and Bs).
