Hi !

i am 28 years old, vegan ofcourse since 13 years almost...became vegan at 16...
have not trained since I slept instead of going to school 12 years ago, though sometimes been living active , and started train at the gym 2 times but did quit after 2-3 months both times.
when I trained I did it very committed though...Last time in october, I started this thread , and now I changed it a lot since I stopped training and sold my gym-card cause it was just too much money on it (and all the food) , and I started work halftime cause I wanted to be more with my 4 yaer old vegan daughter whom is the best.,
Anyway , now I made a new try, and the question is if I will continue ? ..lazy me...

For now I train bodyweight exercises only.... and watch youtube and similar too learn new exercises...
, well nice to be back !

The hott buns can be fixed with some type of chamois creme. Its hard to find a vegan one though...I've never needed it but most cyclists do use something.
