I'll be out of town all day today so I'll be eating on the road, spending as much as 6 hours in my car today!

I went to bed after 2AM and up at 7:40AM to get ready. I need to focus a bit more on sleep but my late workout last night pushed me back.

Anyway, here we go. I'll update more later when I get home:

Notes/Comments:

I was in my car for about 6 hours today so I had a bunch of energy bars. I was also able to stop by co-ops along the way and get some green salads, some hot foods, etc. I'm still low in fluid intake, but I have to pee so often, it's hard to drink a lot of water while traveling, driving or working. When I'm home, I'll try to increase my fluid intake. Today I had a lot of veggies, greens, grains, etc. and pretty much no breads and oils like I did the first day.

Tomorrow I plan on being in the car a lot as well, so we might see a similar day.

I enjoyed a long dinner with andesuma tonight. That was cool, and the food from Blossoming Lotus was Great as usual.

I'm back to my good ol' meal frequency. I ate at 12 separate times today

Today was lot of greens, bananas, Clif bars and then finished strong with Vega.

I normally don't eat much soy at all, but as I've been keeping track of food intake, I wanted to keep protein high, so 3 builders bars a day add 60g protein to my total.

Still not much liquid in at all! But I had to pee every 20 minutes it seemed! Frustrating stuff! I'll work on taking in more fluids on Friday.

It's about 2AM so I better get some sleep now.

I slept in big time today so it set my schedule off a bit. Today I drank more water than any other day so far. So that was a good thing. I didn't eat a whole lot of variety today so I need to focus on that for tomorrow.

My late start cut out a good 3 or 4 hours of eating from my day which made it hard for me to hit my goal totals. I stayed up until after 1AM eating to up my daily numbers. I don't know if that is good or bad (since I should be sleeping) but it shows a certain level of dedication I guess.

yeah man, I didn't even have time to total things up last night, so I'll do that today. I stayed up until after 1AM to keep eating

It's fun to see what types of foods I'm eating each day. We never eat what we think we eat when we're really honest with ourselves and really lay it all out there.
