It's still my food journal. Here is a look at Tuesday.
I slept in again today. I've been training more, so maybe it makes me extra tired.

Notes/Comments: Today was another day fairly heavy in breads and oils, but I liked it. I also had the two large salads and almost had two more salads after my workout but I wanted something heavier. So I went with the four slices of bread with peanut butter on each one.
My meal frequency wasn't quite as high, but still good, eating 9 times during the day.
My workout was late in the evening because of work and tomorrow I will take a day off from the gym. I think I'll be out of town all day tomorrow so it will be a day filled with fruit and energy bars and maybe one real meal.
Anyway, the food journal is fun and it's keeping me well fed!
