So I've been lifting now for about two years, lifting properly for about one I have a picture of me before I started lifting, about 1 year, and then about two years, or so.

About 2 years, and I recently started taking NOxplod about a week now. Anyone has any advice, lets hear it. I accept complements too.

My advice, work the back more, front is solid, back could use some work.

Nice gains so far. Lots more muscle and thickness all over. Well done! I like watching people progress, it's really cool to see. Hard work isn't something everyone is willing to do, so you should be very pleased with your efforts and the results of your efforts.

It's nitric oxide, and creatine. It sounds unhealthy, but I have searched far and wide across the internet and talked to many people who are health majors, and can't find a single negative thing, other than it has caffeine, which I generally stay away from. If anyone can find something bad let me know, because It sure sounds too good to be true, but until then, I'll continue to use it.
