Topher,

You are looking awesome man! Those are some excellent photos. I dig the hair too.

Abs are looking awesome as usual and arms look great too.

You should keep on taking photos man and share them with lots of other vegans.

I'll get your profile and column up on the main site soon.

Keep up the great work!

thanks. im working hard in the gym.
my friend is trying really hard to bulk my legs up since I'm top heavy.

I'm hoping to use one of those pics for Realfood magazine. and hope to somehow get into some modeling eventually, so I can help show the world that vegans can be strong and healthy.

You look really great Topher! It seems you've gotten alot of your bulk back since being sick. I remember seeing pictures you posted where you looked much smaller. Awesome!

Wow,

You are SMOKIN!!!!!!!!

How old are you anyway? Keep up your awesome work both on your body and for the animals, you rock in more ways than one (obviously).

P.S. When did you first realize how much you loved ALL animals, not just companion animals?

I am 21 yrs of age. and single. hehe.

I noticed back when I was about to get my confirmation that I had a love for all animals. this was around 8th grade I think. I chose St Francis of Assissi as my saint cause he protects and cares for animals.
I am no longer a practicing catholic but as you can tell, I still love animals.

I didnt know anything about veganism til about 2 yrs ago. and once i learned about it, thats when I decided to go vegan.

Hey, got another non practicing catholic over here. Also 21. and single. hehe. But my saint is Saint Monica, patron Saint of Mothers and Alcoholics.

Topher is the man! I don't blame you for wanting to mud wrestle for him. He's going to be a Vegan Bodybuilding Superstar!

Now you just need to find some mud and choose a location. I'm guessing somewhere rainy.

Topher will have a bio and more photos up on the main www.veganbodybuilding.com site soon so look for those. He's got his Talk With Topher column up there right now on the front page.
