6:30am- pear

 

8:00am- protein shake with pb2, one scoop protein

 

10:45am- orange 3/4, split 1/4 with client

 

11:30am- protein shake(same as above)

 

12:30- 6in veggie sub on oat

 

4:00pm- protein shake(same)

 

7:00pm- protein shake(same)

 

8:00pm- pear

 

8:40pm- apple

 

9:00pm- orange (about to eat this)

I am so relieved to see that you don't eat practically nothing EVERY DAY. I am totally perplexed by the fact you can sustain yourself with so little food. I mean, it's obviously working for you, and I see your point about the mental factor.

 

I guess the thing I wonder about most is whether you make gains eating like this, or simply SUSTAIN your existing muscle mass like this? I have not seen your pics, but the comments others have made lead me to believe you have a nice physique

5:30am- handful of jumbo cashews

 

6:10am- small banana

 

6:15am- pear

 

9:45am- pear

 

10:35am- Granny Smith apple and handful of cashews

 

11:05am- 1.5oz raisins

 

Noon- Golden Delicious apple and small banana

 

12:45pm- 1.5oz rainsins

 

3:45pm- plain noodles

 

My legs are so freakin sore all I want to do is crawl up in bed and sleep.

OK, here is from 12/22(Sat) of my one week raw diet.

 

7:15am- small banana

 

11:00am- honeycrisp apple

 

2:00pm- 1.5oz raisins

 

4:20pm- honeycrisp apple

 

5:00pm- orange

 

6:00pm- apple

 

6:30pm- 1.5oz raisins

 

7:30pm- whole grapefruit

 

9:00pm- 1/4 of a honeydew melon

 

9:30pm- a few (shelled, took me 1.5 hours) mixed nuts and an apple

 

 

I'm at my wife's grandmas house so all there is to do it eat, eat, and eat.

Pamela, yeah it is but they dont know what I eat on a daily basis. Last time I was here was a couple of years ago and I was eating meat then.

 

12/23/07 Raw Day 2:

 

8:30am- Smoothie:1/4c blueberries, 1/4c blackberries, banana, apple, orange, small can of pineapple. Blended it made 44oz(with water).

 

10:15am- handful of mixed nuts.

 

I ran for 2.7 miles

 

11:20am- 4 bananas and a grapefruit

 

12:10pm- handful of nuts

 

12:45pm- 3/4 of a honeydew (finished it from yest)

 

2:45pm- 4 large carrots, 4oz of romaine hearts, 4tbsp(approx) of fresh peanutbutter

 

I had a nap

 

6:30pm- 3-4 handfuls of mixed nuts

 

10:00pm- Smoothie: 1.5c blueberries, 1.5c blackberries, orange, apple, and a banana. Made 44oz again.
