Gymmie's No Longer Distracted By Shiny Things

I've been sucking way too much at keeping up with my rotations, so I'm aiming to stick to one for once in my life. And if this one goes will, it'll be an 8 month rotation!

 

The reason it's 8 months is due to what it is. I'm doing Jari Love'sworkouts 20 times each and since she has 5 of them out now, it'll take that long to get through them all. I have one planned trip that's already worked into the schedule, but I have a few that I might take so I'll look at those when the time comes. Because I like to do things Sunday-Saturday, I'll actually have an extra workout or two in there so even unplanned things *shouldn't* throw too much of a wrench into my plans.

 

So here's the rotation I have for the month:

 

Sunday--Fluidity/75 push ups

Monday--Ripped/75 push ups

Tuesday--Cardio/75 push ups

Wednesday--Ripped/75 push ups

Thursday--Fluidity/75 push ups

Friday--Ripped/75 push ups

Saturday--Cardio/Abs/75 push ups

Yesterday I did TJ 20 minute & CPR (Cardio Party Remix). I totally forgot that I missed my push ups, but as long as I get them in 3-5 times a week I'll be happy

 

Today I did Ripped and *did* get my 75 push ups in

 

Tomorrow is Fluidity, Fat Blaster & 75 push ups
