I really enjoyed your blog at beforewisdom.com. Great stuff that I was able to pass along to some friends so thanks!

Got to the gym around noon myself. Cardio & abs. Great way to start the year.

I had only non-alcoholic beer yesterday and since I was all right in the morning I went to work for a couple of hours.

Now I'll eat and train for the rest of the day. Is there any better way to spend your time? I'll train biceps, shoulders and back today. A proper start for the year 2008, I guess. 8)
