Jason
I didn't do any treadmill this morningInstead I did benchpress at noon. I haven't benched in quite a while.I used the machines for flat, incline and decline bench.I'm really weak again.Hopefully I did it right and will have sore pecs tomorrow. Jason
I hoped for sore pecs from Sunday's bench workout.Boy did I get them. The worst Pec DOMS I've ever had. They hurt all the way from the middle to the armpits.I had to postpone my squat workouts because I couldn't raise my arms. Tonight squat was 130 pounds X 25 repsA little later I spent 40 minutes on the inclined treadmill.

Jason
Took some time off from exercise.Last week I woke up with a horrible pain in the back of my neckCouldn't turn my head or look down.Today I could barely feel it so I squatted.140 pounds X 25 repsThe last few were a bit tough.Up til now the 25 reps haven't been very hard. Now the work seems to be starting. I'm heading to the gym now for a 30 minute ride on the inclined treadmillBack to the regular schedule tomorrow.

Jason
After almost a month and a half, I'm back at it.It got bitter cold in January, so I couldn't motivate myself to go to the gym. When it got warm enough, I caught a slight cold. The runny nose lasted about 3 or 4 days. But the cough still plagues me, especially when I get a little winded.I hope that I can just walk it off. My young (19) cousin wants to lift with me, so now I have a lifting partner.Last night we squatted, benched and did pull downs.
JW
It's tough to get motivated the further winter moves along.Everbody is joking about how the whole city has a "black cloud" over it.people are grumpy, tired and sun starved. Just a couple months to go until spring!!!!

JW
We are at -33 degrees windchill all week. When will it end????I can't wait to get outside for running and soccer.Winter running actually isn't too bad but it's not fun when the snow is melting. JW
That's what you get when the temp gets above freezing.Nothing can survive in our deep freeze!!!! Are you planning to take a little time off of the cardio? That's so frustrating when you have to wait for the congestion to clear up.
Jason
Whatever I've had for the last 2 months feels much better.I started my 20 rep squat program again today.I started from the beginning since it's been so long After warmup: 95 pounds X 25 repsJust a little bit of coughing when I was finished.
