I Love the title of this post! As soon as I saw it I had to read it.
Man, that sucks, but I guess it means you're working pretty hard.
I remember in high school I did leg press with about 1,000 pounds but only moved it about an 1 or 2, never even releasing the safety bars, just pushing it up to show off.........and I was unable to walk for about 3 days. It was so hard to move. But I was like 130 pounds moving 1,000 and I thought I was awesome.
That must be a strange feeling, trying to take care of business in the restroom and not being able to complete the job. Better luck next time but DOMS usually peaks at 48 hours after training so watch out!......or just don't eat much fiber for a while
