CollegeB
I like the salsa one, but i can go through massive numbers of chips and salsa. People have made comment to that effect.
lisa_pe
You should go to cooking school! There is a cooking school in NYC called the Natural Gourmet Cooking School. My husband went there in their chef's training program. Lisa
Renecarol25
I've been thinking about the pizza idea as a 'lunchbox' item for my daughter. I'm not sure how it would taste after sitting in a lunchbox for 4 hours or so though. I could put spaghetti sauce down, top with veganrella and then veggies that my daugther likes and fold over as sort of a calzone. What do you think? willpeavy
My favorite is thin crust cooked til it's stiff, with tomato sauce, sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, and olives - and no cheese.
lisa_pe
Rene,I think the crust would be all mushy. Try putting the sauce, veggies, veganrella in separate contaners and your daughter can put it together herself. Think of it as a healthy lunchable!! That usually works for my daughters. Renecarol25
well the other thought I had was maybe putting it in a wheat roll - that'd probably be tougher than pizza dough? I cut cut the roll in half melt the veganrella on each side of the bread and then top with sauce and veggies. I may have to just experiment.
