Maintaining My Weight Loss Goal: 1 Month down

My first goal is to maintain my weight loss for 1 year.

 

This goal is for several reasons, one of them being that most people gain back the weight they lose within a year. I want to beat those odds and join the National Weight Control Registry which is a large study of other people who have beat those odds:

At my worst:

2002 April : 260 lbs

2007 January 23: 219.8 lbs

 

Achieved My Final Weight Loss Goal of 178 lbs:

2008 January 19th: 177.89 lbs

 

Today:

2008 February 20: 175.9 lbs
