Babe thanks so much for posting for me!!! Winding down for a sec. Photo shoot today another in the AM, headlining in the eve and two training sessions tomorrow ... so sleep would be nice! Have pics from the Arnold, here is one from one of my shoots to hold ya all over

Need to get an update in! Was holding off until I could finish the others and have been slammed. So decided just to jump in from here.

Today:
AM cardio 20 min on tread, brisk walk
Abs
stretching

This Afternoon Gym:
Abs - 4 sets upper and lower
lower back ext - 4 sets upper and lower
Pullovers
Rack Chins
BB Deadlifts
Rear Delts (machine)
Standing Bicep Curls
Hammer Curls
stretching

T-Walks / Posing Practice

Evening:
20 min cardio on tread (brisk walk)
stretching

On target for Philly Comp. Leave on Friday, will polygraph and go to the party Friday eve. Compete on Saturday and then leave right after the comp to go directly to my next shoot. Headline starting Mon. 2 Radio "appearances" during.

Will be re-feeding directly after shoot, on Sun (after shoot) and Mon.... then back to it for the comp on the 26th.

Just came off a 2 day shoot and headline, last day was last night ... so quite tired. but nothing I can't handle. ;)

I hate cardio.. I'm very much enjoying the bulking part of my training. All I really want right now is muscle, so I'm not too concerned with cardio. But I will have to do it soon to get ready for the CIBC Breast Cancer Run for the Cure! It starts in September.

Thanks Robbie! Yes, been getting a lot of feed back on the gains I've made especially on top half. I'm actually surprised and pleased myself how quickly they are coming in. Will never be satisfied of course, but non the less :P :lol:

Was able to polygraph the night before, which was a big help to not be so rushed the day of. My daughter ended up getting sick Friday night, so she was able to hit my back but had to tan the rest myself..... not an easy task! Had planned to leave right after for a photo shoot right into a headline. Had she still been sick would have re-rented the room for another day. Couldn't have her sick in the motel hallway, she would have been miserable (poor baby), luckily she kicked it over night. My other kids (and all the neighbors) had already had it, so I had actually planned ahead and brought cold meds with me, just in case!
