3rd month maintaining my last goal weight:

Goal Weight: 178 lbs
Goal: Maintain this weight loss for 1 year

2008 January 19th: 177.89 lbs
2008 February 19th: 176.09 lbs
2008 March 19th: 176.82 lbs
2008 April 19th 175.63 lbs
