Black Beans on Toast

This is one of the easiest, healthiest meals I make allllll the time. It can be for breakfast, lunch or dinner or sometimes in my case all three. It can be as simple or as complex as you want it to be. It may not look pretty, but it tastes great.

Ingredients:

Toast

Can of Black beans, drained and rinsed

Salsa

Nutritional Yeast (optional)

Veganaise (optional)

1. Spread of thin layer of veganaise on the toast

2. Mash the black beans onto the toast

3. Top with Salsa and nutritional yeast
