Ahhh, these numbers are what make me wish I was a male. However, your lack of fashion choices always make me more happy that I can't lift that heavy................

My idea of fashion is some jeans and a plain tshirt. :D

Need to get my bench up. Been stagnant for so long for different reasons. My back is way too far ahead. :?

I had a really good leg day today. Unintentionally hit a new pb for deadlift, with bad form though... I failed on the straight leg dead but picked it up from the floor...at least I'm technically in the 400's now.. :D

Squats- These felt really good and I got some good reps with them. I was impressed...

135 x12 warmup
225 x9
225 x8
225 x6
225 x5

Straight leg Deadlift-

225 x12
315 x10
405 x1 from the ground
315 x6
365 x3 or something..

Leg Press- I did these DEEP...far as I could go...good finisher.

270 x18
270 x15
360 x10
360 x8

Ham Curl-

170 x12
180 x10
190 x6
160 x10 or something

Also did calves but I won't log them... :?
Lifts:
