Thanks guys! Daywalker,my problem is that my back goes in too much so my stomach sticks out more! that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it! it used to cause me a lot of problems when I played rugby! I'm getting a good pair of love handles though! I think I just need to cut down juss a little bit on the "clean" food.

Oh no!!!.... I'm doomed to be a power lifter! I tell ya what!! why don't me and MH a.k.a overwieght man without a father go to the WWE and form a tag team! I could be Taco an MH could be bueno.... we'd be the BURRITO BOYS we'd make loadza money and leave you lot behind!!!! yeah!!!!!!!!!

Your right about the october pic! I think the biggest reason is training 3x a week I've already seen changes in my first week! I think at my age I can gain wieght real quick (gettin old)

 

Hey Maybe I'll call it the BIGBWII bodybuilding program go fruitarian then vegan for maximum wieght gains!!!

 

I've stil got a ways to catch up to you though!
