Where I am at the moment (6/13/08 added)

#1 Postby Ping » Tue May 13, 2008 12:18 pm

Hi there.

Found the courage. Made new pictures. The one I liked most is my new avatar. Flexing gives a wrong impression of what I really have, I think though. But it's me so, I'm fine. And created a new art style.

Looking good :) ! It would be also cool to see some before pictures. Keep it up!

BTW, how long have you been working out?

Thanks for your compliment :).

I know. See these pictures as before and wait a month.

To your edit: Well, it's hard to say. I'm in the gym for like more than 2 years actually, but I was too lazy to do it regularly. I'm doing it more and more at the moment. You see, it's not comparable. :)

Awesome that you posted your "before" pics. Of course I say before based on your comments of posting an update in a month or so. But looking great now. I like the 3rd and 4th photos in particular. I think they show your arm, chest, and lats(?) particularly well. I am fairly new and need to get up to speed on the muscle groups. But anyway, awesome so far...

I think you look awesome!

You already got the V-shape and your shoulders and arms are doing great! I seriously doubt that the weight you've gained is fat. ;)

I think the last photo is the best, it shows that you have a great structure to build more muscle to. I think the hard part for you is to consume enough calories since you're very tall and to get significant results you need to gain a lot of weight. I think the number one thing that made Arnold so wonderful is the fact that he's a lot taller than most of the bodybuilders. Your height combined with loads of eating, training and sleeping you can be the largest vegan in Germany. :)

The amount you have gained weight shows that you can deal with the calories very well. Good luck reaching 100kg! When you reach it, you're gonna look even better!

Hey Ping, for some reason everytime I see your name come up on a thread, I relate it to a computer 'ping', you would think it reminds me of ping pong but nope. Either or it's a cool name, I love it.

Okay back to the nitty gritty, first and foremost let me say that I am very impressed by your poses. Your arms did not sag down and you are standing tall and proud in every single picture. That confidence definitely goes right back into accelerating workouts and advancement. With good reason you stand confident, you look great.

I also too like the last two pictures the best. You have alot of potential and a good frame. Your tall but your frame is not too small so you will be able to build upon it.

A suggestion for the most muscular, maybe if you hunch a little over more, like a gorilla kinda, the pic would look more flattering. I could undestand that youy don't want to hunch b/c it might take away from the abs but it might make your upper body come out more in the pic.

Overall, great progress, looking forward to the future shots!

Aww.
You made my day, Lean and Green. <3

Thank you, too, clark.

BTW, yes, that name comes from the computer ping in connection with the issues it can cause while gaming online.

Hey ping, do you know the guy called "peer" because I always get an error message "connection reset by peer" and I want to strangle that mofo for ruining my irc sessions?

Not really much progress, maybe the arms? However, the weights / reps increase, so it's okay for me :).

I see the difference in shoulders and biceps. Anyway, you are such a large guy that even if you gain 5kg of muscle it doesn't look like much more than previously. Anyway, it's great that the progress can be seen from the pics taken a month ago. :alien:
