I tried sending PMs today about things I'm shipping out.

I couldn't get it to work.

Anyone else having trouble?

It's not working and I'm trying to get to the bottom of why.

Sigh. Too good to be true :P

I had this problem too! I tried to send two, but it just goes to a blank screen.

I still can't get it to work but I'll keep trying :) I got your PM though syrlinus. I tried to reply but it wasn't working.

Thanks for working on it!

For those that might still be having issues with PMs, ensure that you clear out all your cookies for the site and see if that helps.

Yo, I cleared my cookies, then tried to send a PM to myself, and it doesn't seem like it has worked. I just get sent to a white screen and it says "done" at the bottom grr

Hrmm.. I cleared out the cache again to see if that will help. I seemed to have determined that once a person has cleared their cookies and we've cleared out the cache, that the PMs seem to work. So it may mean regularly clearing out the cache regularly.

syrlinus, PLEEEEEEASE tell me there is a way to delete all messages at once in the pm boxes. Clicking on every single message one at a time is driving me NUTS! I'm sure there is a way but I can't seem to figure it out... :?

Hey, L&G - got to "mark all" at the bottom right and then find "delete marked" with the arrows by the "Go" button.

Thanks DV. I looked harder, saw it in bold blue, dunno why i missed it all the other times. Maybe seeing a post from you perked me up and got the brain flowing enough to figure it out ;)

I cleared all cookies and still can't get PM's to work. Tried sending one to two different people.

Nothing for anyone but me to do: I need to track it down. I apologize that this happened and can only ask for patience while I see if I can find what is causing this.

Hey Syrlinus, can you e-mail me at robert@veganbodybuilding.com? I'm embarrassed to say that I don't have your regular e-mail because nearly all of our communication was through pm messages.

Thanks.

I got my first pm today - but I cannot reply. Has anyone else been able to receive or reply to pms?
