Zack Posted May 28, 2008 Share Posted May 28, 2008 5/27/08 Back/Bi's Wide Pulldowns- 120 x18140 x12160 x10180 x8200 x6 Close Pulldowns- 180 x10200 x10220 x8240 x6 Seated Row- Dual Pulleys 80 x1080 x890 x8100 x7 Preacher Curl- 65 x1065 x965 x865 x6 Cable Curl- 4 sets of 8-10, pyramid up, can't remember the weight but it was heavy. ------------------5/28/08 Squats- Trying to work up to 4x10.. 205 x10205 x8205 x6205 x6 Deadlift- I tried to belt up for the last set, but I do not like them. 225 x12315 x8315 x6335 x3 Leg Press- I estimated the reps, just went to burnout... 270 x20360 x12360 x12270 x15 quads were done after this.. Leg extensions- 4x12-15 90 pounds..just a finisher. Hamstring Curl- 180 x10180 x8180 x6 1 leg hamstring Curl- 70 4x15- This was too light, but the deads and ham curls were enough. Did shrugs with about 315 though with pretty good form. Today I did back/biceps. Bench- 135 x14 warmup185 x6185 x5155 3x9-10 DB Incline- 60 4x8-10 Cable Crossovers- 25 x1530 x1235 x1035 x8 Some tricep work that I'm not gonna log... I failed on the straight leg dead but picked it up from the floor...at least I'm technically in the 400's now.. Squats- These felt really good and I got some good reps with them. I was impressed... 135 x12 warmup225 x9225 x8225 x6225 x5 Straight leg Deadlift- 225 x12315 x10405 x1 from the ground315 x6365 x3 or something.. Leg Press- I did these DEEP...far as I could go...good finisher. 270 x18270 x15360 x10360 x8 Ham Curl- 170 x12180 x10190 x6160 x10 or something Also did calves but I won't log them...
