NOTE:
When I pump iron. I take longer on the return stroke than I do on the power stroke. Sometimes as much as twice as long. As I heard it put once "combing the muscle". Which doesn't facilitate the use of heavier weights, as form and control are paramount to my workout.
I quess this is an excuse.
True to form.
LOL

I think this is good for a change but not necessary for every session, just like throwing in some supersets or high reps/low weights every so often. Don't you feel the need to lift some heavy weights now? :D

How's your food intake these days? And have you taken over the fridge yet? Or do you still only have one shelf in the kitchen?

Besides destroying my ego, lifting max weight can only align me for injury. which will keep me out of the gym alot longer than my desire, or should I say lack of desire.
What's wrong with my happy little shelf? LOL Nothing is misplaced, unless I misplace it.
Where have you been, I've been looking for you.

Well, nothing is WRONG with your little shelf. I just think you should have some space in the fridge as well! Like, maybe half of it.

I've been around but not much. We only see the sun for 3 months in Portland so I'm outside as much as possible these days!

Hope you and the family are enjoying your summer. :D
