T2091 Posted July 9, 2008 Share Posted July 9, 2008 (edited) Well been lifting for about 10 months now and got really serious with it 5 months ago. Not easy bulking up but Im not going to give up. Im at about 167 right now compared to 154ish a few months ago. These are all from this month. This was the only picture I could find of myself right before lifting. These pics are going to be very before pics within then next 6 weeks as you keep up with the intensity your accomplishment is exuding. Great biceps and you still have low bf % even all that bulking. NICE!!! How about your 1 rep maxes? Maybe ~ doubled after taking the first pic?
