Four months into my bulk

Well been lifting for about 10 months now and got really serious with it 5 months ago. Not easy bulking up but Im not going to give up. Im at about 167 right now compared to 154ish a few months ago. These are all from this month.

 

This was the only picture I could find of myself right before lifting. I never really took my shirt off before working out...

Even with that being the only before pic of you, it is SO obvious the change your body is going through and that you are super dedicated and training religiously and hard. These pics are going to be very before pics within then next 6 weeks as you keep up with the intensity your accomplishment is exuding. I am definitely keeping my eye out for your future posts and progress. Nice work brolic

Very nice symmetry!

I might be inclined to say rear delts may need alittle more work to catch up with your front and back sides.

I love your shirt in the before picture! It is very interesting. What does it depict?

Dude!

 

SERIOUS improvement in both weight and appearance! Shoulders and arms are like doubled in size! Great biceps and you still have low bf % even all that bulking. NICE!!!

 

How about your 1 rep maxes? Maybe ~ doubled after taking the first pic?
