I saw this thread as i was looking through the site so i though i would join and post my progress

 

This was me one month after joining the gym

October 2007

As you can see i had alot of fat lol. I was 201 pounds 15% bf.

At the moment I have 17% fb and 195 pounds.

I will keep posting my progress though out, as i have'nt set my goal.

Please feel free to be honest with your comments as your feed back would be of much help thanx.

thanks for commenting m8. my diet was'nt very good for the first 4 months as i was eating fatty foods like chinese,kebabs chips and drinking vodka with cola lol. Then i stopped going to the gym for 2 months but then restarted. Now i eat nothing but chicken breasts, tuna, mussels, prawns, salads, peanuts, soya milk and i take a protein supplement.
