RobbieUK Posted July 18, 2008 Author Share Posted July 18, 2008 thanks for commenting m8. my diet was'nt very good for the first 4 months as i was eating fatty foods like chinese,kebabs chips and drinking vodka with cola lol. Then i stopped going to the gym for 2 months but then restarted. Now i eat nothing but chicken breasts, tuna, mussels, prawns, salads, peanuts, soya milk and i take a protein supplement.
