I am loving the gym. :D

I really need to get back into the swimming. Lately I've been cycling quite a lot on the days I'm not lifting, which is a great cardio workout.

More photos to come soon.

I feel that my general fitness has improved a lot. I've been working out a the gym 3 times each week for the past two weeks. I usually ride my bike on the days I don't lift weights. It's the first gym membership I've had :)

New photos taken in the morning after waking up on 23rd July.

Some definite improvement there.
Chest and Shoulders look thicker, plus more definition overall.
Keep it up
Have you ever loved someone so much you didn't care what happened to yourself?
You Just had to be with them.
If they look at you, your heart stops.
If you feel their breath on your skin, you just ache.
Have you ever craved someone so much you didn't exist anymore?

Thanks

I feel that I haven't made much progress in terms of size, but my cardio fitness and endurance has improved a lot.
As I mentioned earlier I have joined a gym and started lifting whereas before I was doing only body weight exercises at home, so hopefully I'll start to see some gains in size :)

Yeah you will definitely see some gains, now you have started at a gym.
If you have any questions about Protein powders etc, feel free to send me a PM,
the brands over here are a little different, but we can get most things that people talk about on this forum.

Looking good in the new pics.
The 7kg's make a real difference, you have lost bodyfat from your stomach and it looks like you have added some muscle to your back, chest etc.. Looking a lot healthier in general.
(Oh BTW, Northern Hemisphere folks, don't tend to comment on progress pics that much, unless you are from their part of the world... :P )

Don't lose fat, you're looking good!!

Just keep on bulking! There are enough skinny vegans for now, first bulk to a mass monster (220lbs :D), then get rid of fat!

Haha yeah I know I'm still pretty skinny.. I just mean I have a little annoying fat here and there, like lower back, belly button area etc that I'd like gone..even though I know you can't spot reduce it.

Hmm 220 lb .. I have 44 to gain! :)
