Steve's Morning Meal

Oatmeal Special - Oats, Flax Seed, Almond meal, Spelt, Carob, and Honey (or Stevia) all mixed together. Try it, it rules!

2 tbsp. Olive Oil

1 cup of Bolthouse Farms 'Green Goodness' or 'Protein Power.'

Mangoes, Apples, or Figs

Gingko Biloba, B12, and L-Arginine

 

This has gotten me results, ya'll..
