I've been training for a little more than one week now and I decided to create a thread where I could keep track of my progress (or regress for that matter). My current goal is to cut fat, but since I upped my protein intake I'm noticing tiny gains in 'ceps, shoulders and lats Or I'm just hallucinating, I don't know. My current caloric intake is about 2000kcal, I'm lifting 3x/week, doing HIIT (sprints on the track field) 2x/week and lots of walking. I haven't noticed any observable loss of fat, but, well, maybe it will kick in a bit later when my RMR increases, for example. So, here we go:

Nothing to show off at the mo' (that's why I'm posting a pic of the most disco muscle - teh 'ceps), really, but I think my arms grew a bit comparing to a few months back.

Here are a few new shots of me in a nice tight shirt. I weigh only 73kg now (was 78kg previously), but I think I look a little better due to a lower BF% (which is about 13% as of now).

Thanks, guys! The 'ceps (although I train them very little) looks OK (somewhat) when flexed, but shrinks into nothingness when relaxed. Everything else still needs major improvements.

About 12% bodyfat, yet still no abz. The shoulder vein is kinda cool, though. Will keep at it and (HOPEFULLY) get to finally see my abs in a month or two. Wish me luck!

Thanks! Nah, I was just trying to flex as hard as possible - I need that to look at least a wee bit less skinny

Meh, still a scrawny turd, but I think I've managed to retain my (almost non-existant) muscle mass so far.
