startin new exersice program need help creatibg one plz help

well the honest truth is there are several programs you can do.

 

It all depends if your self motivated or you need someone or something to follow.

 

What I mean further is if someone throws you a schedule with fitness tips and routines can you do it your self or do you need someone to be on your case to get moving?
