i mad the decision to go vegan in febuary and have lost close to sixty pounds w/o exercise.
i need to start exersicing so if any one has some good tips to start up let me know here or by email 192life@gmail.com

if anyone has a good idea beyond palmers lotion to get rid of strech marks let me know thank you all

well the honest truth is there are several programs you can do.

It all depends if your self motivated or you need someone or something to follow.

What I mean further is if someone throws you a schedule with fitness tips and routines can you do it your self or do you need someone to be on your case to get moving?

It also depends on how much time you can spare... IE: how many hours per day (and how many days per week?)
