If you want to use an image from MySpace, then you will get that "invalid URL" thing, unless it is the precise address of the image. For instance:

That is
not the direct link, that's a link to the page which has the image on it.
To get the direct link (if you are using internet explorer) right-click on the image and select "Properties" from the drop down menu. Then you will be given the the Address/URL which will look like this:

Make sure when you copy that, it has the .jpg and everything in it, sometimes it hangs off the bottom and you can miss it.
If you're using Firefox, instead you can right-click the image and select "View Image" from the drop down menu. That will take you to the precise address of the image and you can copy it from the browser's address bar.
