sydneyvegan Posted September 4, 2008 Share Posted September 4, 2008 I made this the other day and it was awesome.To make the Salad part you will Need.KaleTomatoTempehWalnutsOlive oil To make the dressing you will need.Dijonaise - Or Vegan Mayo+Dijon mustardTahiniTamari Method1. Coursely chop the Kale, Tomato and Walnuts and put them in a large bowl2. Pan fry the Tempeh in a little olive oil until it is crisp - allow it too drain and cool.3. Add chopped Tempeh to Salad bowl4. Combine the Dijonaise, Tahini and tamari - amounts will vary, depending on how much salad you want to make, but a ratio of 2:1 with the Dijonaise and Tahini works well - add the tamari to taste. 5.
