Chris' Kale Salad

I made this the other day and it was awesome.

To make the Salad part you will Need.

Kale

Tomato

Tempeh

Walnuts

Olive oil

 

To make the dressing you will need.

Dijonaise - Or Vegan Mayo+Dijon mustard

Tahini

Tamari

 

Method

1. Coursely chop the Kale, Tomato and Walnuts and put them in a large bowl

2. Pan fry the Tempeh in a little olive oil until it is crisp - allow it too drain and cool.

3. Add chopped Tempeh to Salad bowl

4. Combine the Dijonaise, Tahini and tamari - amounts will vary, depending on how much salad you want to make, but a ratio of 2:1 with the Dijonaise and Tahini works well - add the tamari to taste.

5. Add to the salad just before serving, and mix throughly

6. Eat it!
