Am I overtrained?

For the past couple of nights I've realized that my weight has been down, (how much I'm lifting) and tonight I found I lost 11 pounds on my bench press, and after doing only 1 military press at about 90 pounds, I couldn't even get it above my head.

 

I've been thinking that I might be overtrained, because of work, school and lifting, especially with finals and final papers and things of that nature, does anybody have similar stories or advice?

Nevermind, I searched the forums and found the answer to my question.

 

I'm an idiot. To save time I've only been working out each muscle group only once a week, and the workout time wouldn't even top 20 minutes, and I've been doings this for a few weeks, my muscles have atrophied, I'm not overtrained.
