Get a new coach and/or change schools; you'll never learn what you can if you don't connect with your coaches training style and goals; you both gotta be on the same page.
You should try to eat A LOT MORE raw simple carbs like fresh fruit(it should be your principal calorie source); all those starches your eating aren't going to get you to the top of your game-they burn dirty, and to be edible, they require too much goopy condiments like spices and oils. Try an all fruit fast for 3 days-nothing but fresh, whole raw fruit-you'll see what I'm talking about.

That was a bad example of my day, butI do eat fruits, veggies and such a lot too. I don't think that fast would do me any good and fruits aren't any good for me as I can't eat a lot and I wouldn't get as much calories as I'd need by going raw. And I don't want to get orthorexia/anorexia again.

Today I ate:
Oatmeal + flax seeds and a glass of juice (made from our own grapes

An orange soon after that and cashew nuts
(as I returned back home again:)
a big serving of lentils"risotto" with carrots
Protein shake (soy)
Now I'm going to get some apples.
As you can see, I already eat so little that there's hardly enough calories and if I would have eaten fruits instead of all that cooked food, then I would have had less calories than this way. There was a time (when I was an omni) as I ate mostly fruits. Like 1,5kg of fruits/day and then my BMI was 15 and even under 15 at some point (without being disordered). These things might not have a connection, but still I doubt that I would be any healthier with fasting with fruits or eating less grains and more fruit.
No hard feelings.

Re: Boxing chick lifting weights (HC-PG)
Today: Boxing
But that's it, I'm not going there, if I have to be tought by that man. He's just awful and I HATE him. He's such a jerk. He yelled at me today, as my partner was this stupid girl who doesn't do anything right. I hate her too. She doesn't listen to a word I say and just giggles.
Well today that coach of mine yelled at me so badly (and for a reason that wasn't my own) that I just broke down and cried for it. Then I just left, 'cause I didn't feel like doing anything else at that time.
Going to find myself a new club.

I was just going to post something asking about that jerk off trainer guy. Dang this dude sounds like a tool. Yeah a new place is probably the best, who needs the added stress?!

Definitely lose the boxing coach. You'll find someone better who's not a jerk. Don't give up!

Yeah, I can only agree with the other dudes here...
1. Weightlifting contact sport gals are major league turn-ons!
2. The trainer seems to be a punk. Get outta there. But full contact sport and traditional stuff is a different crowd (including teachers).

Re: Boxing chick lifting weights (HC-PG)
Thanks a lot you guys and girls!
Today I raked leaves for two hours. Now I'm taking a break, but my intention is to get back there as there's still lot to do and I just loved it how it made my arms and upper back feel. And it's nice to be outside, when it's not freezing yet.
I haven't been to the gym for a while, as my stomach hasn't been feeling good lately and I've had other problems too. But monday is my gym day, so I'll see you after that.

Re: Boxing chick lifting weights (HC-PG)
My program needs work. As I had none. Just did things that crossed my mind at that time...
As I just wanted to go back to the gym, without thinking much of it.
Not in any specific order:
Deadlift (didn't count the reps) with 35kg and 40kg
Legpress (with the hardest possible setting) 10 x 65kg, 10 x 70kg
Legpress, calves 10 x 80kg, 10 x 90kg, 6 x 100kg (got bored)
Pec deck (or something like that) 1 x 25kg (), 6 x 20kg, 5 x 20kg
"Shoulder press" (?) (with dumbbells) 10 x 5kg, 10 x 6kg (this killed my arms for few minutes, honestly)
Close-grip Pulldown 3 sets, didn't count the reps (something between 6-10) 30kg, 40kg, 35kg
Cable pushdown 3 (sets) x 10 (reps) 25,30,25
Dumbbell Triceps Extension 10 x 8kg
Bicep curls (first time since I started going in the gym) 10 x 6kg
Cable side bend (forgot to write this down, while there and I don't remember the weights)
Exrx.net was quite helpful with the names.
I was going to do some others, but my hands went sore quickly, so free weights were really difficult to handle.
Totally random.
I might sort this program out tomorrow... Maybe. I'd need a private tutor. lol

Re: Boxing chick lifting weights (HC-PG)
That seems like a good training
Better than what I do, since I only got a 15 lbs dumbell, a 2 dumbbells of 3 lbs ! lol
If your hands are finished before the rest of the body and that makes you stop, I suggest you to try some grip exercices. There's an old topic on the forum with tips, don't know if we can find it. Otherwise, try buying a gripper, usually very cheap and you can practice it anywhere, anytime. Or some kind of a ball. Or a wrist roller. Or at the gym, if you can roll a cloth on the bar, it makes it harder to hold it, but after one or two sessions like this your hands are stronger.
That's good I'm glad you like your training.

And here I was a bit worried that you'd be critical towards my funny program.

It wasn't that my arms would be too tired, it was because of callouses and because the skin in my palms got really sore. Would maybe need some gloves, as I haven't gotten used to this still.

You can apply by written application, dropped in my mailbox by tomorrow.
I try to come up with a program I could do like 4 times a week. Like two INTENSE workouts and two less intense. Let's see, how I like that.

Re: Boxing chick lifting weights (HC-PG)
HCP, at first your routine sounded hardcore. Clean and Press and Full Squats. Drop the Pec Deck and Leg Press from your routine and don't wear gloves unless you want to be a bodybuilder. You should see the callouses on my hands. I know women who sandpaper the callouses off of their hands. HTFU!
