Thanks. I quite enjoy cooking, but these last few weeks I've been pretty drained. Excuse the bad choices in food recently.

I don't really have any. Just eat lots, and eat clean. When I started I was a sickly 118lbs. at 5' 9". I'm around 132lbs. now, but I still look like a scrawny turd.
