today i am begining a new routine. I don't have access to a gym so i am using all bodyweight exersizes.... I'll be doing this untill the new year then i'll re-evaluate my gains and work out to make it more challenging
odd days Incline pushup: 1.5'incline 3 sets of 8 Drop down chair push up: 4 sets of 8 Supine pull up: 3 sets of 8 Dips: 4 sets of 8 reverse crunches: 5 sets of 10 crunches: 5 sets of 10
Even days: Calf raises: 5 sets of 8 one legged squat: 3 sets of 8 Bulgarian squats: 3 sets of 8 Hogh step up: 3 sets of 8 Seated Crunch:3 sets of 12
