I just saw this thread and couldn't resist. I was tired and about to go to bed, but I did 2 sets of 25 for a total of 50. I train chest tomorrow so we could get a lot more just in my warm-up sets!

I did 5 sets of 20 before my chest workout today.

Have no fear we will all progress loads if we stick at it! And there's only 10 contributors so far.

Imagine if all 1622 users did 30 a day lol! Not gonna happen I know but still :P
