One serving.

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder (unless there are onions in the salad)

2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast

1/2 teaspoon Braggs liquid Aminos

1/2 teaspoon (or less) Braggs apple cider vinegar

3-4 tablespoons of water

Mix it up!

DUNK it for more taste or mix it all in.

Rather tasty!

This is great stuff! I like your low-fat recepies!

Too bad I can't get Braggs but can I replace the aminos with soy sauce (I know it will add carbs but taste-whise)?

yeah you can replace with soy sauce (but why not tamari sauce ? it's healthier). Similar taste but I find that Braggs have a more complex taste, and better, compared to soy/tamari which tastes too much salt.

Cool. Stupid me, I acctually meant tamari, I don't even have soy sauce. It's so salty and shit. The low-salt health news never really came through here in Sweden so we don't have low sodium products, which sucks. I'm gonna do this shit tonight!! SIKE

I really like this dressing, because I don't miss creamy textures. It covered a big bowl of greens, esp. when dunked. It's watery, but if you add more nutritional yeast, it will thicken up. One way to get some creaminess, but it does add fat (good fat), is to add hemp, flax, and pumpkin oil OR, for a low fat sub to make it creamy, blend silken tofu - 1 tablespoon should do it. Might want to add a little more spice to it if you go the tofu route. Also, if you don't use the braggs or tamari, you can just make it without that and just sprinkle every bite with some salt, it will be less sodium and the taste will be nice. I'm not anti-dietary-fat (good fats), but I prefer to get them in other ways, such as something that is chewable. Nuts will give me fat but also protein and other nutrients and make me feel like I'm eating something. Dressings are the worst out there, even the "vegan ones" too much oil.

Got a creamy one without too much fat (just what's in silken tofu) coming soon, I slapped it together and now need to redo it carefully measuring stuff. I LOVE IT. Now my daughter likes the dressing and when you pulse kale in the food processor it releases the natural sugars and the bitterness is diminished a lot!

This new one is based on silken tofu in the asceptic (is that right?) packages, since I have a lot of that on hand after the holidays. As an aside, I did do my usual pies but lived vicariously through watching others eat it. Food porn.

Got the idea from Dr. McGregor who has some video where he makes a creamy pesto with the silken tofu, he's a riot in the kitchen.
