Three little milestones for end of the year . . .

Recommended Posts

1. I went from 35 pound bench press to 50 pounds the last 6-7 weeks.

 

2. Being more consistent with my squats has really helped my knees during step aerobics.

 

3. I've lost 10 pounds! (Ok, I know we are not supposed to use a scale, but I still do.)

 

I'm really psyched to go into '06 with motivation & a revved up attitude!
